By DFM process, customer's own design is transformed from prototype to fabrication and assembly data, potential design problem would be observed and found in DFM (Design for manufacturing) stage. All specification and requirement will be welly defined.
Cost efficient manufacturing process, and in-line testing would be formulated, eliminate ineffective product design risks, and minimize waste. Standardization, stability & quality assurance, customized assembly jig & fixture would be applied in each fabrication process, as well as 100% in-line testing to ensure stability & reliability of the product quality are up to standard.
Product design specification would be formulated with customers by transforming their ideas into real product, hardware and software are developed by Hoiho and VIPGlory’s R & D team, including:
- Formulating product specification with customer’s idea
- PCB’s schematic, floor plan and layout design
- Software/user interface programming and designing
- IC / components advisory
- Prototype evaluation & testing analysis for design improvement
- Mechanical & injection mold tool design, mold throw analysis
- Testing software & fixture facilitating
- DFM, FMEA etc. for achieving maximizing manufacturability and formulating cost-effective manufacturing flow
- Facilitate Lab Test & Agency approval on product launching: UL, ETL, CE, FCC, C-Tick, CSA, etc
