DFM - Leads to a set of design guidelines that attempt to ensure manufacturability. A checklist will be gone through thoroughly, probable production problems are addressed during the design stage

PPAP/APQP – Ensure that design and fabrication process meet all customers’ requirements. CONTROL PLAN – Monitor and control process variations in order to produce quality parts.

MI/LOT CARD – Physical traveler on production record is adopted, special requirements are detailed/illustrated for easy reference and follow-up.

FA/OQC report – Products meeting customer specifications are proved.

OUR SPIN - OFF

VIPGlory is pioneering assembly service provider since 1998 in Southern China. It expanded and moved to Suzhou in 2022 with core focus on medical, consumer electronics, industrial control / automation. Hoiho has been a strategic partner to VIPGlory for more than 10 years on PCB supply.

As a start, VIPGlory mainly focus on serving local customers. Technical expertise, low costs and appraisal from customers made VIPGlory win many referrals business. Hoiho has over 30 years’ experience in oversea markets and find that there are similar requests from oversea market.

Hoiho and VIPGlory have many genes in common while cooperation. In order to provide a total solution to customers. In 2024, VIPGlory and Hoiho draw an alliances plan and work together on PCB design, PCB layout, PCB fabrication, IC sourcing, component advisory, PCB assembly, Box build and testing services and assign Hoiho Elmatec as the sales and shipping arm of the joint venture.
